Micro focus

While the rest of us climbed the rocks, playing hopping and balancing games, watching surfers and body boarders and marveling at the massive, sweeping cliffs that wrap the bay, Asha's focus was on a smaller scale. She notices the little things. She gets wrapped up in intricate small wonders. She creates and manipulates on a tiny scale. It is no wonder to me that she also tunes into people and animals with this same attention to details and nuance. She catches the "little" things that have a big impact. She detects small changes in mood and body language. She gauges emotional landscapes and instinctively knows where to find her footing and how to reach out and offer a steadying hand. She navigates the micro scale of situations with ease both in the physical and the emotional realm.
